D’Andrea Nursery Business, a family-owned business is rooted in the age-old nursery tradition of Rauscedo. Our business, established in 1977, is nowadays managed by its third generation: the siblings Davide and Debora and the twenty-year-long management of Mr Gianpaolo D’Agnolo.
At D’Andrea Nursery Business, we produce 4 million rooted grafts per year with over 80 different varieties of vine by relying on our experience and with a constant view to the future, thanks to technical innovation and cooperation with the main institutes of scientific research, becoming in such a way a leading business in the industry.
The cultivation of 50 hectares of rootstock mother plants, 50 hectares divided into vineyard and graft nurseries and 30 hectares of nursery constantly kept under control during the whole growth cycle ensures that D’Andrea Nursery Business puts highly selected propagation material on the market.
Furthermore, D’Andrea Nursery Business offers its customers a wide range of services. We will help you with your varietal and rootstock choice according to your needs.
We will assist you in the pre-planting phase and training phase of the vine.
D’Andrea Nursery Business can also propagate any native biotype, which can be of interest to the customer, by giving the possibility of seeing it in the nursery during any vegetative phase. This approach, therefore, allows satisfying a demand which is more and more focused on protecting a wine heritage that may otherwise be lost.
